I love finding nature based activities to involve my cherub in, so I was delighted to be given the opportunity to trial out two of the @mudnbloom boxes. Mud and Bloom are a monthly, children’s nature and gardening subscription box- full of crafts & educational activities.
Such a great way to get children accustomed to nature in a fun way. In the January box we had things such as; growing an avocado tree, organic sprouting seeds, making a twig boat, all with step by step instructions. The February box came with Basil and tomato seeds, as well as arcrylic paints to paint pebbles once collected from mini adventures. I love the variety of each box and the mixture of outdoor and indoor activities. The pot planting and the indoor activities are perfect for these snow days when you get a little bored of the same old toys. I will have a more detailed review over on the blog soon, but for now we’re off to finish painting some pebbles. 🖌
