My Travel Bucket List: 2018/2019

Is it just me or does anyone else sit around searching destinations and compiling a list of places to visit in the following year.

I came across Clickstay which I have never used before, I’m surprised seeing as they cover over 80 different countries with over 69,000 properties. I’ll definitely be searching via them for my 2018/19 list below;

Maybe this doesn’t count because I’ve been already… But I’m including it anyway because I long to be back in Lake Como. I went last month and the scenery was breathtaking – it’s so picturesque. I must’ve spent majority of my time snapping pictures and stalking the Clooney residence. 🙂

I have to say, until recently, city breaks never really appealed. But now that I’m a little older, I’m able to appreciate the views, architecture and heritage of each city. I think a large part of this is that City Breaks can be done in any season so I can get to avoid all the peak seasons – I’ve seen loads of posts about beautiful European cities nd I’d love see them all.

Another place I’ve seen lots of lucky people jetting off to. Instagram, I blame you for this. The buildings, the beaches, the views, the weather. I just had to include it. It’s a bonus that it’s so photogenic. I’m trying to make this trip sooner rather than later and I’ve been looking at booking this villa in Santorini.

Quite a few people I know have visited Croatia – mainly Split and Dubrovnik – and have had great things to say about it. I also hear it’s not too expensive either? I’m scheduling it in for next April.

It’s a must. I’ve been wanting to do this for years and I think that whilst it would be possibly a bit scary, I do think it’s an experience that I have to do once in my life. I’m leaning towards Kenya.

I feel like I want to spend New Years here. The water looks so clear and the weather beautiful, the beaches clean. There are too many locations within Australia to choose from so I think I will need a good couple of weeks at the minimum.

Another great cultural city to visit, with so much history too. I will probably time Berlin for Xmas to enjoy the markets and the winter atmosphere while I’m there.
