Xbox One indulgence…

I remember the days when I had all the hours in the day to sit around testing out console after console. That was pre-baby of course & I didn’t realise the value of time then.

Although it got me thinking about setting time aside to indulge in games, a safe way to unwind.

I’m quite inclined towards the Xbox and this site has some fantastic offers on the Xbox One and the games to match. https://www.latestdeals.co.uk/tags/xbox-one.

My shortlist of the games would have to be;

Tomb Raider: Definitive edition

The cinematic action-adventure that forced Lara Croft to grow from an inexperienced young woman into a hardened survivor has been re-built for Xbox One and PS4, featuring an obsessively detailed Lara and a stunningly lifelike world. To survive her first adventure and uncover the island’s deadly secret, Lara must endure high-octane combat, customize her weapons and gear, and overcome grueling environments.

Assassin’s Crede: Unity

Paris, 1789. The French Revolution turns a once magnificent city into a place of terror and chaos. Its cobblestoned streets run red with the blood of commoners who dare to rise up against an oppressive aristocracy. Yet as the nation tears itself apart, a young man named Arno will embark upon an extraordinary journey to expose the true powers behind the Revolution. His pursuit will throw him into the middle of a ruthless struggle for the fate of a nation, and transform him into a true Master Assassin.

Deus X

The year is 2029, and mechanically augmented humans have been deemed outcasts, segregated from the rest of society. Now an elite covert agent, Adam Jensen is forced to operate in a world that has grown to despise his kind. Armed with an arsenal of state-of-the-art weapons and augmentations, he must choose the right approach, along with who to trust, in order to unravel a vast worldwide conspiracy.

Gears of War

The story of “Gears of War” thrusts gamers into a deep and harrowing battle for survival against the Locust Horde, a nightmarish race of creatures that surface from the depths of the planet. Players live and breathe the role of Marcus Fenix. A disgraced former war hero, Marcus seeks personal redemption as he leads his fire team against an onslaught of merciless warriors from below.

Haha so you can kind of see the theme around my choice of games, honestly it’s not as dark as it reads.

Are you into gaming, if so what’s your favourite game, would love to know alternatives….
